Job Summary

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Authorize the processing and administration of loan borrowings where HSBC provides Agency and Administration service for syndicated & bilateral loan deals.
•Authorize/validate/monitor the full range of servicing duties, including creation of loan facilities in Loan IQ, payments and funding, administration on maturity, amendments, and termination.
•Oversee completion of all mandatory checks in line with Global Standards.
•Compile, generate and present MI reports to Senior Management Team (SMT).
•Maintain HSBC internal control standards and ensure compliance with regulatory/auditing requirements; manage risk and escalate issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•A post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.
•At least 3 years’ experience in securities industry.
•Strong leadership skills with track record of developing teams.
•Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
•Analytical, data-driven with ability to produce MI reports and manage risk/compliance.
