Lead end-to-end litigation matters for Europe within TikTok’s Global Litigation team, managing disputes through all stages with high independence and judgment. Key Responsibilities

•Provide general litigation support focused on Europe, including pre-litigation claims and related regional matters.
•Manage litigation end-to-end, including pre-action correspondence, e-discovery, fact-finding and analysis, witness preparation, and drafting.
•Prepare and present for ADR or trial, including interim applications and case management conference involvement.
•Supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure high-quality strategy, day-to-day matter management, written work, and oral advocacy.
•Advise internal stakeholders on complex legal, contract, and investigation/litigation responses, assess legal risk in business contexts, and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience managing litigation in Europe.
•Qualified lawyer in one (or more) jurisdictions in which TikTok operates.
•Lead litigation matters end-to-end across all stages with independence and sound judgment.
•Manage litigation processes including pre-action correspondence, e-discovery, fact-finding, witness preparation, drafting, and case management conferences.
•Supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure high-quality representation and effective oral advocacy.
