Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general litigation support focused on Europe, including pre-litigation claims and related regional matters.
  • •Manage litigation end-to-end, including pre-action correspondence, e-discovery, fact-finding and analysis, witness preparation, and drafting.
  • •Prepare and present for ADR or trial, including interim applications and case management conference involvement.
  • •Supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure high-quality strategy, day-to-day matter management, written work, and oral advocacy.
  • •Advise internal stakeholders on complex legal, contract, and investigation/litigation responses, assess legal risk in business contexts, and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience managing litigation in Europe.
  • •Qualified lawyer in one (or more) jurisdictions in which TikTok operates.
  • •Lead litigation matters end-to-end across all stages with independence and sound judgment.
