Job Summary

Support Bid & Project Managers in creating internal offers for national and international tenders and in planning, steering, and executing projects in the Training & Simulation area. Assist the PMO with organizing, coordinating, and improving bid and project management processes. Prepare workshops, evaluations, presentations, and decision briefs; contribute to process analyses and continuous improvement; and take ownership of sub-projects, especially for obsolescence and fault management.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Bid & Project Managers in internal bid preparation and in planning, steering, and executing projects for national and international tenders.
•Support the PMO in organizing, coordinating, and continuously developing bid and project management processes.
•Prepare workshops, evaluations, presentations, and project-related decision documents.
•Contribute to process analyses and derive and implement measures for continuous improvement.
•Independently take on sub-projects, especially in obsolescence and fault management.

Key Requirements

•Current studies in industrial engineering, business/economics, engineering, business administration, or a comparable degree program.
•Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•High learning readiness, initiative, and a structured, analytical working style with quick comprehension.
•Strong teamwork and communication skills, reliability, and careful, conscientious work.
•First knowledge or practical experience in bid and project management is beneficial; German and English proficiency is required.
