Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end technology for digital and distribution channel capabilities including sales journeys, onboarding/identity capture, portals, partner integrations/referrals, and customer self-service for servicing/claims/documents.
•Lead quarterly planning and prioritisation with business owners, managing trade-offs across time, cost, scope, risk, and capacity.
•Provide delivery leadership across cross-functional squads (engineering, QA, BA, DevOps, security) with disciplined execution such as sprint planning, release/cutover readiness, and post-release validation.
•Run governance and senior stakeholder forums, communicating status, risks, required decisions, and mitigation plans while ensuring alignment to architecture standards, security controls, and change governance.
•Drive operational excellence using observability and KPI dashboards, plus automation and resilience improvements including testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and DR readiness.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years’ experience in technology delivery, digital product, or platform ownership, ideally in financial services or insurance.
•Strong knowledge of digital channel delivery across web/mobile journeys, portals, APIs/integration, identity and access, and analytics.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendors delivering complex, dependency-heavy roadmaps.
•Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders and technology peers.
•Strong command of non-functional requirements and modern engineering practices, including security, performance, resilience, observability, and exposure to cloud-native/CI/CD delivery.
