Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in person and by phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while driving client acquisition and relationship growth.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business accounts and related deposit and lending products as appropriate.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to deepen relationships with current clients and leverage centers of influence for referrals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions; assist with teller transactions and participate in branch huddles/debriefs as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience more important than financial services) (required).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of MS Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients (required).
