Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow relationships with top prosumer derivatives traders to increase trading volume and adoption of advanced trading products.
  • •Source and convert new high-value derivatives traders from competitor venues via targeted outbound and differentiated positioning.
  • •Monitor derivatives market structure, client flows, and competitor offerings to identify upsell opportunities and provide structured insights.
  • •Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, reporting KPIs and documenting client interactions in CRM tooling.
  • •Reactivate dormant top traders using data-driven account reviews, tailored outreach, and bespoke incentives to restore sustained volume.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of sales or business development experience in financial services, trading, or crypto with a track record of meeting revenue and volume targets.
