  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years administering and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure (virtualization, servers, storage, networking, or backup/recovery).
  • •Independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues spanning multiple domains (e.g., identity, applications, and networks).
  • •Automate infrastructure/operational tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash and configuration-management tools.
  • •Design and implement technical improvements (e.g., platform upgrades or workflow integrations), not just standard maintenance.
  • •Work from the Massachusetts office at least three days per week and participate in an on-call rotation for scheduled maintenance and incident response.
