Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in data governance, compliance, risk management, internal controls, program management, or related areas.
  • •Strong understanding of data governance and data quality operating models, including data ownership, metadata management, governance controls, and data accountability frameworks.
  • •Experience leading and developing distributed teams with day-to-day priority setting and direction.
  • •Proven coordination of complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated, international environments.
  • •Experience with data governance and workflow tooling (e.g., Informatica IDMC, Databricks Unity Catalog, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence) and process automation initiatives is an advantage.
