Job Summary

Drive luxury client service and sales execution as part of the retail team, meeting individual and store baseline goals across key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
•Plan and prioritize work, display strategic thinking, champion change, and take responsibility for completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
•Support training and development through roleplay and coaching, assist the store manager with associate training, and complete quarterly personal development goalsetting.
•Assist with recruiting and networking and help maintain bench strength by supporting hiring of high-caliber team members.
•Assist with store operations including schedule, timecards and payroll, maintain Tumi University training, follow company policies, and ensure visual merchandising and superior client experience.
