Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program and facility inspection program to improve reliability and availability.
  • •Supervise assigned personnel; review incoming work orders and plan routine and preventive maintenance based on priority guidelines.
  • •Provide technical advice, troubleshoot root causes, and implement permanent corrective solutions; prepare regular work and daily reports including incident/equipment failure reports.
  • •Coordinate commissioning activities for new projects and ensure subordinates and contractors follow ISO and QHSE standards.
  • •Manage sub-contractor services, ensure PPE/tools/equipment readiness, conduct team training and development, and support energy conservation and paperless digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
  • •Preferable: MMUP certificate.
  • •5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance with hands-on facilities management experience.
  • •Proficiency with M.S. Office Suite and working knowledge of AutoCAD and facilities management software tools.
  • •Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, and audit requirements, with strong organizational, supervisory, leadership, and communication skills.
