Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a caseload of apprentices and deliver coaching sessions, workshops, and progress reviews.
  • •Deliver technical training and assessment, supporting learners to apply skills in the workplace and stay on track.
  • •Maintain accurate learner records, marking and assessing work, and setting clear development targets.
  • •Support English and maths as required and ensure safeguarding/learner welfare responsibilities are met.
  • •Maintain programme compliance with DfE funding rules, apprenticeship standards, Prevent requirements, Ofsted expectations, and internal quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •A Level 5 qualification (or equivalent industry experience) in a relevant digital/technology discipline.
  • •Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • •Proven experience coaching, training, or assessing apprentices/learners in a digital or technology subject.
  • •Experience delivering teaching/learning/assessment within an apprenticeship programme, including managing a learner caseload with progress tracking and target-setting.
  • •Up-to-date technical knowledge for the apprenticeship standards delivered, plus a strong understanding of safeguarding and Prevent responsibilities.
