Job Summary

Seasonal technician role supporting Direct-to-Home smart home installations. Train on industry-leading products, then install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes while performing routine maintenance and managing inventory and equipment. You’ll explain system capabilities to customers, turn appointments into leads and revenue, and control your income through an unlimited commission plan. The role starts summer 2026 with 100% travel and possible temporary relocation.

•Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
•Train on industry-leading smart home products to become an expert.

•Explain system capabilities and provide operational instructions to customers.
•Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue, including opportunities to sell additional products and services.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
•Ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
•Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
•Ability to climb ladders (up to 14 feet) and work in confined spaces like attics.
