Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers in the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Determine whether customers have an appointment and record customer and vehicle details, including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage.
  • •Move and park vehicles across dealership premises and drive vehicles between service lane, service stalls, and parking lot.
  • •Keep the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable.
  • •Retrieve customer vehicles for pick-up, install seat covers/steering wheel covers/floor mats and ID tags, assist with minor vehicle tasks, and follow safety policies while reporting accidents.
