Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead control testing execution, including walkthroughs and design and operating effectiveness testing.
  • •Ensure testing documentation is completed in prescribed templates and in line with 1LoD Control Testing Methodology and quality expectations.
  • •Draft reporting, incorporate feedback from Test Lead/Manager review, and communicate results.
  • •Identify and escalate follow-ups and potential deficiencies based on testing outcomes.
  • •Work with stakeholders to remediate risk areas and support control and risk initiatives where directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College or university degree is required.
  • •5+ years of risk and control testing experience.
  • •Experience in the financial services industry, including regulatory experience.
  • •Understanding of control frameworks and testing methodologies.
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent analytics and attention to detail.
