Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize onsite work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and diagnose, repair, and start up equipment and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using tools, blueprints/engineering specifications, and cutting-edge technology.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
