Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor all tank levels and know vinegar flow in and out of tanks.
  • •Take and check physical samples, make production adjustments, and monitor filtration units.
  • •Monitor nutrient levels, mix batches as needed, and add them to tanks.
  • •Monitor multiple pumping operations, manage R/O units and foam tanks, and perform actions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • •Watch and adjust the production computer, calculate discharge timing, prepare mashes as needed, and load/unload tankers.
