Job Summary

Supervise and execute production activities in line with Avery Dennison standards to ensure safety, product quality, and delivery performance. Lead shift handovers, manage and optimize staffing to meet hourly targets, control machine running speed, reduce scrap, and track output against plans. Investigate KPI shortfalls with action plans, coordinate with supervisors and related departments to resolve incidents, and oversee daily production reports and OIP performance.

•Run shift handover meetings and manage morning/evening shifts.
•Manage and optimize staffing each shift to achieve and exceed production targets.
•Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and sanitation (5S) in the manufacturing area.
•Control and monitor machine running speed, scrap reduction, and hourly output vs. planned orders.
•Investigate KPI issues and develop action plans; coordinate with supervisors/related departments to resolve incidents and drive improvements; complete required production reports.

Key Requirements

•College or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
•2+ years of directly related experience.
•Ability to work in shift.
•Strong production control skills and process innovation.
•Ability to lead, train, and coach a diverse production team.
