Key Responsibilities

•Execute active sourcing and talent mapping across job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates for open positions.
•Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, soft skills, and alignment with job requirements.
•Coordinate and manage interview logistics between candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback collection.
•Collaborate in the logistics of hiring and onboarding to ensure a positive welcome experience for new hires.
•Maintain real-time updates in the ATS and databases to guarantee full visibility and traceability of the recruitment process.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree
•1-2 years of staffing experience
•Recruitment experience
•Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
•Upper Intermediate English
