Job Summary

Own the operational systems that power the sales organization across the full lifecycle—from lead routing and territory design to opportunity management, deal execution, and delivery readiness. Build reliable GTM data foundations, enforce pipeline governance, and design revenue & consumption workflows. Partner cross-functionally to develop scalable infrastructure, streamline processes, and drive automation using Salesforce and data tools to improve field efficiency and velocity.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and manage lead and campaign routing, ensuring accurate routing, enrichment, and actionable GTM data.
•Own account structure and territory design, including account ownership, book movements, and territory adjustments.
•Own opportunity design and enforce pipeline governance through standardized processes, automation, and governance.
•Design and test consumption-based revenue processes and seller workflows, including opportunity-to-delivery handoffs and readiness requirements.
•Partner on launch and seller readiness by translating product/program/pricing changes into operational requirements and driving rollout and adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 239,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles at a high-growth technology company.
•Strong systems thinking designing and scaling sales systems, processes, and workflows across the full sales lifecycle.
•Proven ability to build automation and improve field productivity through systems and process design (ideally with an AI-forward mindset).
•Strong proficiency in Salesforce and data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
•Experience with territory design, account structures, and pipeline management.
