Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end execution of a compensation transformation, including job architecture, leveling, salary structure design, and enterprise job mapping. Own day-to-day compensation operations such as offer reviews, promotions, off-cycle changes, and compensation inquiries. Partner across People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Equity to ensure programs are equitable, scalable, and compliant—supported by market benchmarking and compensation system administration.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the technical execution of the compensation transformation, including job architecture, leveling, compensation philosophy implementation, market benchmarking, salary structure design, and rollout.
•Design and maintain job families, career levels, and leveling guides, and lead enterprise-wide job mapping to the new architecture.
•Conduct market pricing and competitive benchmarking to inform compensation decisions, including preparing compensation analyses and executive presentations.
•Own day-to-day compensation operations such as offer reviews, promotions, off-cycle compensation changes, retention awards, and salary recommendations.
•Administer compensation systems and support compensation review cycles, advising People teams and partnering with Finance, Legal, and Equity on compliant program execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,500 - 213,500 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive compensation experience in a high-growth or technology environment.
•Experience designing or evolving job architecture, career frameworks, and leveling structures.
•Strong expertise in market benchmarking using Radford, Pave, Mercer, or similar compensation data sources.
•Experience building salary structures, including pay ranges, midpoint progression, geographic differentials, and compensation modeling.
•Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
