Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions for real problems.
  • •Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support the development of business cases and estate solutions.
  • •Provide expert advice on latest real estate and sector industry trends.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • •Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Scotland, identifying new opportunities and preparing compelling proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Essential: In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
  • •Essential: 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment.
  • •Essential: Proven experience of authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment.
  • •Essential: Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
  • •Essential: Knowledge of, and Track Record within, at least one of the following industries – Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education/ Commercial, including an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procurement.
