•Lead a software engineering team to architect, develop, and deliver AI-driven scalable enterprise solutions with high uptime.
•Design and evolve cloud-based file management platforms, including distributed storage, synchronization, and AI-assisted metadata extraction with OCR, search, and classification.
•Build and optimize low-latency real-time chat and collaboration systems for large concurrency.
•Develop workflow automation and agentic workflows integrating LLMs and small language models for querying, recommendations, and smart compose.
•Implement CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring/alerting, and disaster recovery to ensure reliability and performance under peak load.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,920 - 271,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
•5+ years of experience in software development using foundational Java and basic frameworks.
•5+ years building RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring, Spring Boot (including Tomcat and autoconfiguration), Spring Cloud, and MyBatis.
•5+ years designing and tuning relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB) plus performance/use-case work with middleware such as Memcached, Redis, Kafka/RocketMQ, and Elasticsearch.
•3+ years applying machine learning (NLP/SVM) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) including RAG integrations, with Python and experience in large-scale distributed SaaS systems.
