Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage high-profile projects to deliver within intended scope, budget, and schedule while maximizing client satisfaction.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans; monitor slippages and deviations and report to stakeholders.
  • •Manage and report risks with timely mitigation strategies; drive change management.
  • •Maintain communication channels, schedule and lead customer, steering committee, and escalation meetings, and serve as first-level escalation point.
  • •Monitor procedural compliance (issue tracking, scope, risk management), orient/train new PMs, and support PM deliverables and governance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or comparable experience.
  • •PMP or PRINCE2 (or similar) formal project management certification required.
  • •ITIL accreditation (or relevant experience).
  • •Expert proficiency with MS-Office, especially MS-Project.
  • •Solid cybersecurity background and understanding of management systems such as ISMS, BCMS, and QMS.
