Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define scope, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct RFP activities, bid evaluations, and recommend delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification processes.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and coordination with company and client requirements.
  • •Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress, report status/variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience with healthcare clients (medical client experience desirable).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and required experience with E-Builder or similar project management software.
  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, including the ability to read architectural drawings.
