Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, and diagnose malfunctions.
  • •Coordinate with the parts department, save and tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety/service needs and notify the service advisor if additional work isn’t needed or if repairs can’t be completed within promised time.
  • •Document work performed and road-test vehicles when required, without using customer vehicles for personal errands.
  • •Supervise apprentice technicians, attend factory training and review technical bulletins, and maintain a clean shop while following safety policies and reporting accidents immediately.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • •ASE or manufacturing training and a High CSI is a must.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
