Job Summary

Lead consulting delivery for Rio Tinto clients through the PACE Consulting team, partnering with PACE and business leaders to define and scope high-value projects. Own one or more project engagements, manage client interfaces, and develop project work plans for consultant and client teams. Contribute to PACE’s growth in Montreal and globally by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring consultants, while collaborating across assets and functions.

•Work with the PACE team and Rio Tinto leaders to identify and scope consulting projects that create value for product group assets and functions.
•Autonomously deliver one or more projects at a time, managing the interface and ensuring strong collaboration with client teams.
•Develop and lead project work plans for combined teams of consultants and client members to achieve expected outcomes.
•Contribute to the development of PACE in Montreal and globally through recruiting, coaching, and mentoring consultants.
•Support durable, high-value project delivery across multiple product groups, operations, and functions.
