Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-premises auditorium support for AVI-SPL customers in partnership with the customer, management team, and global helpdesk.
  • •Execute events according to runs of show, including control room operation with Tricaster hardware and audio board operation.
  • •Troubleshoot issues, analyze trouble ticket trends/root causes, and coordinate repair and resolution using standard operating procedures.
  • •Set up, operate, and support multimedia events (including system setup/operation, end-user training, and escalation follow-through).
  • •Assist with bringing new rooms online, oversee room-readiness acceptance testing, maintain preventive maintenance, inventory, and spares, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using Tricaster technology.
  • •Experience supporting sophisticated auditorium environments (lighting operation, camera switching, audio board operation).
  • •Experience creating graphical assets for high-profile meetings (e.g., lower thirds).
  • •Comfortable working in a team-oriented, process-driven operation and meeting deadlines.
  • •Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with a motor vehicle record meeting AVI-SPL driving standards.
