Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and remain accountable for assigned operations, leadership, and maintainer functions.
  • •Maintain safety compliance, including completing required Safety STOP observations and following procedures.
  • •Coordinate shift work by rotating among operators as needed and discussing important information with relief (HPO Pass on).
  • •Support production performance by preventing unscheduled downtime in business units and participating in problem solving and safety analysis.
  • •Carry out primary duties including blending service, production lift, sanitation, prep, cook-blend, filling, depal, labeling, case packing, and palletizing.
