Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and promote yard safety excellence.
  • •Maintain yard organization and execute merchandising initiatives, including clean displays with signage, labels, and tags.
  • •Manage the fleet of nursery equipment and coordinate repairs and replacement as needed.
  • •Provide direct leadership, management, and training of yard associates; conduct yearly performance reviews and development discussions.
  • •Ensure loading and unloading excellence, perform inventory cycle counts, and assist in ordering plant material.
