Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead costing direction and costing projects, communicating initiatives across the organization and driving implementation and execution
  • •Represent the costing function internally, providing costing insights and guidance while managing stakeholders
  • •Own the costing relationship with key manufacturers, lead high-stakes price negotiations, and inform sourcing decisions
  • •Deliver customized costing training to the Creation & Sourcing team to drive cost consciousness and optimize product cost
  • •Contribute to margin maximization through costing standardization, cost engineering, pattern efficiency and material cost strategies

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in business, economics, accounting, or engineering; passion for numbers and value engineering
  • •7+ years of experience at a premium footwear brand; knowledge of product construction, manufacturing methods, and sourcing planning is a plus
  • •Excellent commercial sense and highly analytical mindset
  • •Advanced project management skills with the ability to storytelling
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
