Job Summary

Project Manager overseeing Operations & Safety within WSP’s Intelligent Infrastructure, delivering client-focused transport projects on time and within budget. Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver project management services and lead the delivery of projects on time, to the required quality, and within budget, including primary client interface.
•Manage project budgets and finances, including invoicing, cash collection and forecasting on our Oracle ERP system
•Ensure the delivery of client outcomes, while meeting utilisation targets, with regular reviews with the Project Director
•Establish and maintain good working relationships and communication with clients, stakeholders, colleagues, project teams, and internal staff at all levels
•Deliver reports, presentations, project documentation and project management documentation including status reports, quality management plans and other financial control documents

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate Degree, or relevant experience
•Awareness of Project Management methodologies and relevant experience at various stages of the project lifecycle
•Relevant Project Management qualification (e.g., APMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or ITIL Foundation)
•Experience managing finances, especially on Oracle or similar ERP systems
•Ability to lead and mentor other project team members
