Civil Works Technician

Carry out scheduled civil works across properties, including painting, gypsum work, masonry, and carpentry, and ensure repairs keep all civil-related work in good condition. Follow health and safety standards and procedures at all times. Report concerns, issues, and complaints to the Civil Works Supervisor for timely intervention, and provide technical assistance as needed by the Direct Manager.
