Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own solution architecture across MCP augmentation layers, multi-region platforms, and unified partner experience.
  • •Establish engineering standards, security patterns, CI/CD practices, and development ways of working for the hub.
  • •Lead technical decisions across cloud services and hybrid/multi-cloud environments including Azure and Alibaba Cloud.
  • •Mentor and technically guide a team of engineers through architecture reviews, code quality governance, and hands-on support as needed.
  • •Collaborate with global engineering and enterprise architecture teams to align delivery with AVEVA’s broader technical strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong architecture experience with .NET/C# and modern front-end frameworks, preferably Angular.
  • •Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure (or equivalent cloud platforms).
  • •Deep understanding of API design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
  • •Experience with MCP (or equivalent AI/agent augmentation patterns).
  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leadership of engineering teams in agile delivery environments.
