Key Responsibilities

•Win new customers in the Energy & Critical Infrastructure sector and expand existing accounts.
•Position NTT DATA Security Services precisely with a focus on Cisco security solutions (firewalls, ZTNA, identity, XDR/Splunk, Hypershield).
•Translate security capabilities into regulatory compliance support (e.g., NIS2, IT-SiG, BSI-KRITIS).
•Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership by understanding needs and developing strategies.
•Own the full sales process from needs analysis and proposals to contract closing, and execute relevant go-to-market campaigns and events.

Key Requirements

•Several years of sales experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, ideally with a focus on energy or critical infrastructure.
•Proven success in complex sales cycles, preferably within regulated environments.
•Knowledge of energy security and critical infrastructure challenges such as supply reliability, grid resilience, and regulatory compliance.
•Familiarity with security trends including Zero Trust, Cloud Security, AI-Defense, and resilience.
•German fluency and very good English skills, with communication and advisory skills at C-level (e.g., CIO/CISO).
