Key Responsibilities

  • •Build compliance tooling and processes that scale with Alan’s growth and reduce manual, disconnected regulated work.
  • •Redesign painful processes end to end by identifying real workarounds and improving them through launch and continuous adoption.
  • •Design solutions that keep Alan compliant while maintaining speed.
  • •Set clear goals and measure shipped changes to improve outcomes for both Corporate and the teams they serve.
  • •Deliver early milestones such as a first system for streamlined Corporate requests and at least one automated process from problem to live solution.

Key Requirements

  • •Built things people kept using; turned manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code, low-code, and/or AI tools.
  • •Drawn to regulated work and able to ramp up quickly on a new regulatory domain.
  • •Professional-level French and English.
  • •Strong builder mindset: move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, test as you go, and collaborate to ship.
  • •Own projects end to end and communicate clearly with stakeholders; sound judgment around legal, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
