Job Summary

Provide technical leadership for collaboration platform applications by analyzing and developing solutions, maintaining existing systems, and executing projects across the software development lifecycle. Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 administration, engineering, licensing, and governance, including tenant settings, service accounts, and platform compatibility. Deliver Tier 3 support with root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews to improve reliability, and support M&A tenant assessments, migration planning, and identity/domain consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and develop short- and long-term IT solutions by creating or modifying applications.
•Review systems requirements and business processes; code, test, debug, and implement software applications.
•Execute projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, and the software development lifecycle and testing.
•Lead end-to-end administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of Microsoft 365 and integrated platforms, managing tenant settings, service accounts, and compatibility.
•Provide Tier 3 support to ensure platform reliability, including root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and documentation for improved stability; support M&A through tenant assessments, migration planning, and identity/domain consolidation.
