Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and develop short- and long-term IT solutions by creating or modifying applications.
  • •Review systems requirements and business processes; code, test, debug, and implement software applications.
  • •Execute projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, and the software development lifecycle and testing.
  • •Lead end-to-end administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of Microsoft 365 and integrated platforms, managing tenant settings, service accounts, and compatibility.
  • •Provide Tier 3 support to ensure platform reliability, including root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and documentation for improved stability; support M&A through tenant assessments, migration planning, and identity/domain consolidation.
