Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the quality and technical process performance for suppliers and their n-tier suppliers.
  • •Monitor, review, and drive supplier quality performance from incidents to structural improvement.
  • •Contribute to supplier development (e.g., implementing SPC, lean, FMEA, and operational excellence).
  • •Optimize manufacturing processes at suppliers by enhancing quality, testing, and qualification infrastructure.
  • •Drive yield and process improvements at suppliers, participate in improvement projects (cycle time reduction, cost of goods reduction).
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or other technical field)
  • •5–15 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • •Experience with supply chain processes in production environments (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • •Experience in improvement projects within a high-tech supply chain and in managing relationships with suppliers
  • •Excellent communication skills, pro-active attitude, and strong analytical skills
