Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor in real time the alarms and events generated by SSE systems
  • •Conduct video verifications to confirm incidents and activate appropriate responses
  • •Coordinate with local contacts to initiate site interventions
  • •Maintain ongoing vigilance of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems
  • •Document and classify incidents, report to security management, and follow crisis procedures

Key Requirements

  • •CQP titulaire with a valid professional card
  • •at least 5 years of experience in telesurveillance and/or videoprotection/security surveillance
  • •experience in multisite telesurveillance is highly valued
  • •familiarity with computer and security tools; quick learner
  • •ability to work under stress, multitask, and communicate clearly with internal clients
