Serve customers during peak branch hours by building relationships through proactive outreach (including outbound calling) and follow-ups to understand financial needs and preferred banking channels. Accurately perform teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, ATM, bag drops, and daily cash drawer balancing in line with bank policies. Expand existing relationships and develop new business while completing required NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.
