  • •Own your product end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration.

  • •Turn a service into a scalable product by reducing reliance on manual hand-configuration.

  • •Have taken products from 0→1 and scaled past launch, whether as a founder, PM, or engineer.

  • •Be AI-native: build with AI regularly, think in agents, and understand where AI quality can break.
  • •You don’t need prior collections/fintech domain experience; you must be able to ship and build the product.
