Job Summary

Support and expand client-facing capital markets engagement for Taiwan-focused strategies as a subject-matter expert. Lead investor and distributor outreach on Taiwan market structure, liquidity, execution considerations, and regulatory developments. Deliver market updates, quantitative analytics, and trading insights, partner across investment, trading, product, technology, and compliance teams, and produce Taiwan capital markets commentary and research.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support client and distributor engagement on Taiwan capital markets, including market structure, liquidity, execution considerations, and regulatory developments.
•Act as a trusted specialist to articulate investment philosophy, process, performance, and market context for Taiwan-focused products.
•Provide market updates, capital markets insights, and execution guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients.
•Partner with Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to support capital markets initiatives.
•Produce quantitative analysis, market research, trading analytics, and pre-/post-trade execution reporting aligned with best-execution objectives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, trading, or investment roles focused on Taiwan.
•Deep understanding of Taiwan capital markets, including market structure, trading mechanics, liquidity drivers, and investor behavior.
•Strong knowledge of multi-asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives (futures, options, swaps), and FX.
•Solid understanding of Taiwan regulatory frameworks (e.g., FSC, TWSE, TPEx) and ability to stay current on regulatory developments.
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience producing market, trading, and performance analytics.
