Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support client and distributor engagement on Taiwan capital markets, including market structure, liquidity, execution considerations, and regulatory developments.
  • •Act as a trusted specialist to articulate investment philosophy, process, performance, and market context for Taiwan-focused products.
  • •Provide market updates, capital markets insights, and execution guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • •Partner with Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to support capital markets initiatives.
  • •Produce quantitative analysis, market research, trading analytics, and pre-/post-trade execution reporting aligned with best-execution objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, trading, or investment roles focused on Taiwan.
  • •Deep understanding of Taiwan capital markets, including market structure, trading mechanics, liquidity drivers, and investor behavior.
  • •Strong knowledge of multi-asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives (futures, options, swaps), and FX.
  • •Solid understanding of Taiwan regulatory frameworks (e.g., FSC, TWSE, TPEx) and ability to stay current on regulatory developments.
  • •Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience producing market, trading, and performance analytics.
