Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project management activities for multiple real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Develop project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules/landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Provide project reporting to the Project Management Director and other business leaders.
  • •Coach other Project Managers and define delivery resources using pre-qualified lists or qualification processes, including RFP evaluations.
  • •Ensure functions remain on schedule, facilitate status meetings, resolve or advance issues, and collaborate on solutions through implementation and completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •8-10 years of relevant experience in project delivery/owner’s rep work.
  • •Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services clients and infrastructure/MEP experience desired.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project; Procore and Textura experience beneficial.
