Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Learning and Development leads the enterprise L&D strategy and delivery across corporate and frontline teams. You’ll establish a centralized L&D Centre of Excellence, design scalable learning solutions, strengthen leadership capability, and partner with HR and business leaders to embed a culture of continuous learning within Wasl and Viya operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the enterprise Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs across corporate and frontline populations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; 7–10 years of experience with 3–5 years in a managerial role in Learning & Development or related area
•Proven experience in building and scaling L&D functions or COEs and working with large frontline-heavy workforces (e.g., Real estate, hospitality, retail, leisure & entertainment)
•Strong expertise in learning strategy, program design, stakeholder management, and digital learning (LMS, learning analytics)
•Ability to design scalable learning journeys and blended learning solutions (digital, experiential, instructor-led) and to drive business outcomes through development initiatives
•Experience collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners to identify capability gaps and align learning priorities
