Job Summary

Ensure clients’ security infrastructure and systems remain operational by monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving incidents and technical problems. Handle client tickets within SLA, manage work queues, update resolution actions, and support second-level troubleshooting and escalation triage. Execute approved changes responsibly, assist L1 engineers, and collaborate with automation teams to improve quality and automate routine tasks. Perform ticket auditing, contribute to trend analysis, and support change and maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and resolve client security incidents and technical problems to restore service efficiently within SLA.
•Handle client requests/tickets with technical expertise, manage work queues, and update tickets with resolution actions.
•Identify issues early, log incidents promptly, and provide second-level support with effective communication to other teams/clients.
•Execute changes responsibly with proper approvals; flag risks and contribute mitigation plans for maintenance activities.
•Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine tasks; audit tickets and contribute to trend analysis and improvement recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Experience in security managed services handling security infrastructure and ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Ability to use active listening techniques such as paraphrasing and probing to gather information.
•Strong planning skills to anticipate and adjust to changing circumstances.
•Excellent communication skills to engage effectively across cultures and social groups.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent) or relevant work experience.
