Job Summary

Deliver hearing care across the full rehabilitation process, including hearing tests, needs assessments, and fitting hearing aids and other technical assistive devices. Provide high service throughout rehabilitation, ensure work follows AudioNova’s and authorities’ standards, and participate in improvement actions proposed by the Regional Sales Manager or Support Office. Work independently with structured planning and adapt to changing daily priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform hearing tests, evaluate each customer’s specific needs, and jointly select the best solution.
•Adapt and fit hearing aids and any technical equipment based on customer needs.
•Deliver high service throughout the entire rehabilitation process.
•Ensure processes and tasks are carried out according to AudioNova and regulatory standards and guidelines.
•Actively participate in actions proposed by the Regional Sales Manager or Support Office, such as process improvements.
