Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and complete pipeline operations and maintenance tasks and projects for natural gas and products plant and pipeline systems.
  • •Perform excavation, mobilization, operation, and maintenance of heavy equipment to support work on in-service pipelines.
  • •Assist with hot tapping and stopple operations, valve maintenance, pigging, internal/external pipe cleaning, hydrostatic testing, and leak surveys.
  • •Inspect coating removal and surface preparation, apply coating systems (including 2-part epoxies), and calibrate/maintain a holiday detector for coating inspection.
  • •Lead or train others as needed, develop work plans, oversee contractors/crew activities, and support project scope and supervision in compliance with safety and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of experience in pipeline construction, maintenance, and repair, including operating and maintaining heavy excavation equipment (e.g., hydrovac truck, backhoe, excavator, side boom, dozer, maintainer).
  • •Must be able to read and interpret engineering construction blueprints for pipeline and compressor station projects.
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid CDL driver license (or obtain within 6 months of hire).
  • •Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and DOT pipeline regulations, plus strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and maintain natural gas and products plant equipment.
