Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead system reliability and safety program plans, including tracking deliverables and gate review recommendations.
  • •Lead Design for Reliability (DfR) initiatives and quantify reliability and safety requirements using benchmarking and customer needs.
  • •Build and manage system reliability growth plans using design analysis and test methods; develop reliability models based on system architecture and component assessments.
  • •Lead DFSS/PROLaunch initiatives and manage Black/Green Belt resource deployment to ensure alignment with corporate and sector processes.
  • •Run cross-functional problem-solving using A3 and 8D, validating root causes, driving corrective/preventive actions, and standardizing to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical role.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in advanced (R&D) engineering or new product development programs.
  • •Knowledge of UL/IEC standards (UL 508A, UL 891, UL 1558).
  • •Experience testing low voltage and/or medium voltage products.
