Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan
  • •Taking personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects and in all cases ensuring that timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes place
  • •Producing monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
  • •Review MEP specifications, interpret contracts and participate in technical & commercial negotiations with vendors
  • •Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

Key Requirements

  • •Education - B.E/B.Tech – Electrical/Mechanical
  • •Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage
  • •6 - 10 years of post-qualification experience in similar role
  • •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
