Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee on-site leadership of engineers, technicians, and contractors to meet project objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope for MEP delivery.
  • •Ensure quality assurance by verifying all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including failure analysis and troubleshooting.
  • •Manage stakeholders and safety by communicating with clients, contractors, and internal teams and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering (or similar building services).
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in project execution and management (built-up experience can be considered).
  • •Experience and knowledge of HSE project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
  • •Understanding of local and international codes, standards, and regulations, plus computer/IT knowledge of BIM coordination tools and common project software.
