Job Summary

Own customer delivery engagements for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, acting as the main contact and escalation point. Lead and coordinate services across internal and external stakeholders, ensure contract adherence and timely change request processing, and drive proactive delivery of service plans. Manage staffing, reporting, governance meetings, profitability/cost responsibility, and customer satisfaction while supporting digital transformation to S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the main contact and escalation point for ECS customer questions, issues, and engagement coordination.
•Lead proactive delivery of service plans and reactive support requests across internal and external stakeholders.
•Drive cloud and digital transformation adoption, including S/4HANA and onboarding to SAP cloud solutions.
•Manage engagement administration (staffing, reporting, controlling) and participate in governance/status meetings.
•Handle commercial responsibility, service profitability/cost, customer reporting and invoicing, and manage change requests to protect/grow scope.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management or SAP Operations.
•Minimum 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
•Minimum 4 to 6 years in a service management capacity managing multiple clients.
•2+ years experience with SAP cloud business, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and cloud operations processes.
•Experience with SAP Basis/technology stack (ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver) and enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), plus Linux/Unix/Windows and hyperscaler platforms (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS).
